Bel Air Rental Pool
All condos can be market, advertise, rent and operate by the hotel and reservations can be made through the hotel reservation system.
Daily Rental will be possible for the entire unit or only for one of its two modules (lock off units only). Hotel furnished package will be available.
If any home owner wishes to put the unit in the rental pool to obtain an additional income the daily income will be disbursed as follows:
Paid by the guests, the hotel will retain:
- 10% for marketing
- 30 dollars for hotel services (maid services, laundry, check in, etc.)
- On the remaining amount will be Split 70% for the homeowner and 30% for the hotel.

- $250.00 USD
- $25.00 USD for marketing
- $30.00 USD Maid services
- $136.50 USD for the owner
- $58.50 USD for Hotel
Homeowner can place the unit in the Rental Pool Program and use it as many times as they need it.
According to Los Cabos Hotel Association, yearly occupancy in San José is above 60% and keeps growing every year.
Hotel will provide owners with information of which months are better to rent their condos and improve their profit.
HOA, Insurance, utilities and all expenses can be paid by the hotel administration from your rental profits.
Marketing and promotions team appropriate for the rental the of these units. This includes full-time sales people in conferences/meetings. international and national destination sales, groups, and of course individual lodging sales.
